This is a great dish to serve up with fish – often a good pallete cleanser for anything with a really good sauce – mix it together and you have a stir-fry dish.
Serving your rice
The rice will keep warm while you cook everything else – making rice super easy to cook for a side dish. While it simmers for 15 minutes you can be cooking your mains, making a salad or simply enjoying a glass of red while you chill in the kitchen.
When dinner is ready simply spoon some rice onto a plate – it will still be warm and ready to go.
